Why does Radiant take so long to start?

The Lattice Radiant 2024 IDE is taking over 10 minutes to start on Windows 10 and 11. Do you know why?

Try performing a registry editor search on "license.dat" and see wheter "FLEXlm License Manager" has a stale key for LATTICE_LICENSE_FILE. If so, delete it. See attached screenshot of the registry editor.
