Question / Issue:
How do I resolve the following error in Questa when simulating an IOPLL:
error: Failed to open file C:\altera_pro\26.1\devices\10nm\sm7revb/hviowr_pllwrap_bf_rbc_constraints.ddb
And it crashes after this occurs.

The sm7revb folder and its resources are populated when the Agilex 5 device is installed.
