How do I change route priority on macOS after configuring an experimental Ethernet network?

Question / Issue:
My Internet is via my Wi-Fi connection, and I have configured Ethernet to test a Betsy board. After the Ethernet became active, I can no longer access the Internet via Wi-Fi. How do I fix this? I tried using "route" but no luck.

The most straightforward way we have found is to change the Service Order using the System Settings -> Network Panel (see screen shot). Click the ellipsis in the lower right corner and then click Set Service Order. In the new modal, drag Wi-Fi above Ethernet, and your requests to the Internet should be routed via Wi-Fi again while still leaving your Ethernet port active.
