Question / Issue:
Generating a simple PLL IP for an Agilex 3 using Quartus Pro fails. See error below:
Error: add_fileset_file: No such file C:/altera_pro/26.1/ip/altera/altera_iopll/top/{C:/Users/<username>/AppData/Local/Temp/alt0666_1092945879227822690.dir/0003_iopll_0_gen/

Check to see if your username has a space in it (e.g., "firstname lastname").
The Quartus Parameter Editor IP generation process creates a temporary folder in "C:/Users/<username>/AppData/Local/Temp/". If you have a space in <username>, Quartus will fail when it tries to read the files within the path it created. This is true as of version 26.1
